IPP Background on adoption of IPP and its necessities

In order to provide solution on social issues such as increase in time and cost on training a new worker due to mismatches in between universities and corporations, and excessive time and cost spent on building up young applicants’ specifications, a new educational model is required that resolves issues with existing short-term on-job training programs and reflects the demands by corporations.

Problems of Corporations

According to ‘Research on new employment rate’, university-graduate new student’s resignation rate within a year was 25.2% with the major reason being ‘not being able to adopt to organization and job, increases every year (Employers Federation 2014, 6. 29)
