IPP Background on adoption of IPP and its necessities
- In order to provide solution on social issues such as increase in time and cost on training a new worker due to mismatches in between universities and corporations, and excessive time and cost spent on building up young applicants’ specifications, a new educational model is required that resolves issues with existing short-term on-job training programs and reflects the demands by corporations.
